First-time setup (owner, once, about 2 minutes)

1. Open the portal → Owner first-time setup: enter alrozo.ca@gmail.com and choose a strong password.
2. Open the verification e-mail and click the link.
3. Back in the portal press I verified, continue → Claim Super Admin. This works only once and only for that verified address.

Old manual method (Firebase console) still works but is no longer needed.

After that, everything is automatic

• Super Admin → Companies: enter name + admin e-mail. The admin gets a "set your password" e-mail.
• Company → Resellers: enter name + e-mail. The reseller gets a "set your password" e-mail, its PC Host login and 3 passcodes are created.
• Reseller: on the radio PC install the Host, then in the portal press Download my Host. The Host links itself and goes live. (No browser on that PC? Use Pairing code instead and type it in the Host.)
• Listeners: the reseller presses Share next to a passcode (WhatsApp / link / QR). Tapping it opens the app with the code filled in.
• Ads: put video files in the Host's ads folder (next to station.json). They show up in the app and in the portal.

Everything runs on the free Firebase Spark plan. Audio and ads videos are served by the reseller's PC Host, never from the cloud.
